The Republican president emphasized that Biden was unaware of the documents signed in his name, pointing to the Committee as responsible for this situation.
Before finishing his term, Biden announced the commutation of sentences for nearly 2,500 people imprisoned for non-violent drug-related offenses. He also commuted the sentences of 37 federal inmates on death row, converting their punishments to life imprisonment. Furthermore, he granted pardons to his son Hunter, who was accused of gun and tax-related offenses, as well as to high-profile officials like Anthony Fauci, responsible for the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
