The countdown to Epic Universe at Universal Orlando Resort has officially begun. The theme park, one of the most anticipated, will open on May 22, 2025, promising to unveil five incredible worlds filled with extraordinary adventures.
Universal Epic Universe will offer over 50 amazing experiences, from innovative attractions to stunning entertainment, themed restaurants, and shops. The park will feature five themed worlds: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe. Additionally, its centerpiece will be the majestic Universal Helios Grand Hotel, which will offer 500 rooms with unique views of the park.
Karen Irwin, the president and COO of Universal Orlando Resort, expressed excitement about this opening, calling it a pivotal moment for the destination. Irwin highlighted that the addition of Epic Universe will transform the complex into a one-week vacation destination, housing four theme parks, 11 spectacular hotels, and much more.
Tickets for the first phase of Universal Epic Universe will go on sale starting October 22. Among the offerings is the Explorer 2025 ticket, which provides access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay for 14 days, with an additional day to enter Epic Universe. Additionally, reservations for the Universal Helios Grand Hotel will open, with stays available starting May 22, 2025.
More details about Universal Epic Universe and additional products will be revealed in the coming months. Among the first phase products are multi-day tickets that offer three days of admission to Universal's theme parks, including one day of entry to Epic Universe.
