In the week leading up to the presidential elections in the USA, President Joe Biden on Tuesday unveiled a plan...
A representative of the White House stated that the administration intends to spend more than 30 billion dollars to improve access to water.
"In our country, there are still far too many homes that do not have clean drinking water, and this is unacceptable, especially in the 21st century in our country, where access to water should be considered a fundamental right," the president emphasized.
Biden added that long-term investments in updating water systems will help improve water quality and also create jobs and improve the health of Americans.
"This is one of our essential infrastructure needs, it will improve the quality of life and health of citizens," he noted.
