Fed Keeps Rates Unchanged

The US Federal Reserve decided today to keep the key interest rate in the range of 3.5%-3.75%.

After making three cuts last year, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) justified its decision based on supporting its objectives and an "uncertainty" about economic prospects that "remains elevated".

According to the Argentine News Agency, the decision was supported by 10 of the 12 members of the FOMC.

Story developing.
