U.S. President Joe Biden is expected today, on Monday, to address the special elections for the presidency, the White House has announced.
"This is the moment when he invokes his right and addresses the special elections," said White House press secretary Jen Psaki.
She also added that Biden will be voting in Washington.
"He always votes in person, so he is sincerely looking forward to this moment," she said.
