From his social media, he asserted that 'had they had one or two more years, it would have been impossible to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons': 'There is no prosperity without security,' he added. 'What we had before was the illusion of security. Thanks to the decisive action of President Trump, our world is now a safer place,' the U.S. official noted. In the same vein, he claimed they have 'absolute control of the conflict' and informed that they have 'annihilated the aggression capability' of the territory led by Mojtaba Khamenei. 'Trump, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and General Cain lead the campaign to destroy all fortifications along the Strait of Hormuz,' Bessent concluded.
