Trump Declares War with Iran 'Practically Over'

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, affirmed that the war against Iran is 'practically over,' considering that the country's military forces were severely damaged after the attacks he initiated alongside Israel on February 28. In statements to the press, the U.S. leader stated: 'I think the war is very complete, practically.' 'We haven't even come close to it,' the head of state assured. He also referred to the election of Mojtaba Khamenei as the new supreme leader of Iran, saying he was not 'happy' with that result. 'I have no message for him. None at all,' Trump emphasized. After having said he wanted to participate in the election of the new leader, he indicated he has someone in mind for that position, beyond the designation of the son of the late Ali Khamenei. 'They have no navy, no communications, no air force.' Additionally, when asked about the next steps in the conflict, he once again ruled out a land invasion for the time being. 'We have not made any decisions regarding that.'
