Yesterday, on Saturday, American military conducted a series of airstrikes in a number of regions of Afghanistan. According to local authorities, as a result of these airstrikes, several militants linked to terrorist groups operating in the territory of the country were killed. No information was reported about possible casualties among the civilian population or about damaged infrastructure.
"We continue to strike militant positions to prevent possible attacks and ensure the safety of peaceful residents," said a U.S. Army representative.
The organization 'Taliban' did not comment on the recent airstrikes by the coalition.
