According to him, social networks already have sufficient control over what is publicized by users and interfere in political discourse. He also noted that the actions of social platforms do not lead to an increase in openness and honesty of dialogue in the country.
In the signed document, agencies will be required to consider the likelihood of changes in laws that give social platforms precedence in moderation and oversight of content.
