According to the court document, the federal judge ordered the administration to restore funding for grants to organizations that operate in the area of foreign aid. These organizations, according to their words, have seriously suffered from the decision to block all funds for 90 days.

The court ruling temporarily prohibits the Trump administration from canceling contracts and grants for foreign aid that were signed before Trump's assumption of office on January 20. This is the first judicial step concerning the freezing of funding for foreign aid, adopted by Trump.
