Currently, the implementation of the directive issued by the President of the USA, federal judges...
The judges' decision came in response to a lawsuit filed by the non-scaling states, which consider the directive contrary to the Constitution. According to the directive, the country should be prohibited from acting on the distribution of financing within the public program based on the so-called "racial equality".
In their statement, the judges cited arguments that the directive may lead to increased division in society and thus harm government programs aimed at combating discrimination. Instead, proponents of the directive emphasize that it is aimed at supporting equality for all citizens before the law.
"The judges' decision to suspend the directive will temporarily maintain stability in the implementation of social programs and ensure equal conditions for all participants," it is noted in the statement of one of the advocates representing the interests of the group opposing the directive.
