Washington, Reuters - The White House announced on Wednesday that it is in Cuba's interest to make substantial changes in the near future, but it did not go so far as to demand a change in the country's leadership. 'Their country is collapsing, and for that reason, we believe it is in their interest to make radical changes as soon as possible,' said Caroline Levitt, White House spokesperson to journalists. 'It is a system that is in a state of collapse.'
