18 US States Challenge Federal Court Decisions

Eighteen U.S. states, led by Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman, have raised legal challenges against federal court decisions, aiming to influence judicial proceedings.

18 states of the USA have adopted a collective decision to challenge the federal court's ruling on the placement of children in mass settings. The initiative of this decision belongs to the Attorney General of Kentucky, Russell Coleman.

He expressed his concerns regarding the court's ruling, stating: "The purpose of this placement is to ensure the safety and health of the children of our state during the pandemic. We cannot allow the judicial branch to remove this important social legislation."

The collective appeal, in which states like Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and others participated, was sent to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. According to the prosecutors of the states, this decision is necessary to protect the health of children and to ensure safety measures in educational institutions.
