Musk's $1 Million Donation Sparks Legal Concerns

Billionaire technology entrepreneur and Republican donor Donald Trump was warned by the U.S. Department of Justice about his donations from loopholes totaling one million dollars, American media reported. The department declined to comment on this information.

According to CNN and NBC, the organization "America Together," which belongs to Musk, was warned that his actions could violate U.S. election law. In the exit, Musk stated that he would make daily donations of one million dollars to a registered donor in swing states in the U.S. until the elections on November 5.

The initiative is aimed at registered donors who signed a petition on "freedom of speech and the right to bear arms." Experts doubt the legal basis for such donations. According to U.S. election law, it is prohibited to pay citizens for voting or registration.
