Trump will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at Mar‑a‑Lago, the U.S. president’s Florida residence, on December 28. The announcement first came from Axios journalist Barak Ravid and was later confirmed by Ukrainian officials. Zelensky said the meeting would take place in a Telegram post after a discussion with the head of the Ukrainian delegation on peace talks. Last week, talks involving the U.S., Ukraine and Europe were held in Miami about the Ukraine conflict. The Kremlin also confirmed ongoing dialogue with the United States.
"We have agreed on a high‑level meeting…" – Zelensky’s quoted statement in Telegram.
"We will discuss key security and support issues here," the U.S. president added in an interview.
