US President Donald Trump confirmed on Monday that his predecessor Joe Biden represented proactive caring for unsung heroes and public servants.
Trump stated: "I think Biden's caring was fully heartfelt. I believe that it was a wonderful gesture of proactive caring. I think it was very generous on his part."
According to Trump, he himself did not consider such an initiative during his time in the White House.
