Shawn Koran entered history after he acted quickly and decisively to prevent a threat to the president's life. In response to this act of heroism, Donald Trump decided to assign Shawn Koran the responsibility of personal security.
"I am extraordinarily fortunate to have such a gifted and courageous person like Shawn, alongside me during that difficult moment. I trust him to perform his duty exceptionally well, and I am confident that he will be an excellent guard in the future," the president noted.
