On Monday, a federal judge in the USA ordered the administration, led by billionaire Elon Musk, to effectively disclose its documents for public scrutiny, announcing that until now, they have been acting "extraordinarily confidentially."
The court is considering a case in which it is asserted that the government service quality commission must publicly disclose its documents, including legislative proposals and plans for restructuring the administration, as it does not shy away from public scrutiny. In its ruling, the judge noted that the absence of transparency among Congress representatives could have serious consequences.
"Such circumstances present a serious cause for concern for the administration and compel me to analyze the issue more deeply," the judge stated in his ruling.
Representatives of the government service quality commission did not comment on this particular ruling by the judge.
