U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs Adam Boehler announced on Sunday discussions concerning hostage situations. These meetings aim to enhance strategies and support for families affected by abductions.

The international spirit of Washington regarding the issue of hostages, Adam Bollar stated on Sunday that American negotiations "are important and continue" with Iranian officials, referring to recent comments from Iranian officials.

"We continue to work. It is important to maintain dialogue and exchange views," he told reporters.

Notably, after Switzerland, representing U.S. interests in Tehran, was recently summoned to itself in Iran. Nevertheless, Bollar did not disclose details of the preceding meetings or discussed topics.

"We understand that our colleagues from various countries are working on this," he added.

Bollar emphasized that the goal of the U.S. remains the return of American hostages from Iran: "We continue to strive for this. Ready to proceed with work at any time."
