A$AP Rocky Found Not Guilty in Shooting Case

Yesterday, A$AP Rocky faced a trial for shooting his collaborator and friend Terrell Relli Ephron after a fight, where the bullet only grazed Relli's hand. The charges could have led A$AP Rocky to 24 years in prison; however, his defense argued that Relli was envious of his success and that the gun was a prop, resulting in a not guilty verdict after a three-week trial.

The relationship between A$AP Rocky and Terrell had deteriorated four years prior when Rocky allegedly attacked him with a semi-automatic weapon. After the incident, while Relli was shouting at him, Rocky was walking away but turned around and shot him. After the verdict, the rapper rushed to Rihanna, whom he embraced, and she celebrated with him.

"Congratulations A$AP Rocky!", "The third baby is coming", "It was too much, but I understand", "Now go make music please", "This brought tears to my eyes" and "I am so happy for him" are some of the reactions on social media after the trial.

In 2021, A$AP Rocky was involved in a fight with his partner A$AP Relli, with whom he collaborated in the rapper collective A$AP, founded in 2006 in New York.
