The company providing transportation services rejected a request for the reinstatement of the initial requirements of insurance companies. The case revolves around the fact that Hosh was driving his motorcycle through a small hill in the Rainier area near Columbia in October 2022, when his vehicle was hit by a speeding car while he and his motorcycle were moving in the same direction along a street, where they resided and worked.

The rider on the motorcycle from the state of Oregon (USA) was hit by a speeding car, resulting in his nose being broken, which also caused other problems for him that he is seeking compensation for in the amount of $997,000 against the company that provided the speeding assistance. After the collision with the speeding vehicle, which took him to the hospital, the driver shifted the blame to Hosh for the services.

Advocate Travis Meyer reported that the speeding assistance company - Columbia River Fire and Rescue - billed his client, 71-year-old William Hosh, $1,862 for the transportation via speeding assistance. This is only part of the $47,000 that Hosh spent on medical expenses to date, as well as other $50,000 expected in the future.

Hosh told the police that he was moving at a speed of 5 to 10 miles per hour and did not expect the speeding car to turn before hitting him on his motorcycle. According to the lawsuit, Hosh is also seeking another $900,000 for pain and suffering due to the loss of movement range, diminished strength and other symptoms.

According to the police data, the speeding vehicle was moving at a speed of 2 to 10 miles per hour when passengers heard a loud sound, stopped, and saw Hosh, who was found in a serious condition after the collision.
