Severe Winter Storms Threaten Eastern US

The eastern coast of the USA is under a winter storm warning due to a new series of winter storms, which in the current time bring snow and ice to several states. The storm brought snow in the Western Middle West through the Tennessee Valley and Ohio, which caused some inconveniences in some areas, only beginning to recover after the deadly events that occurred at the end of last week.

The meteorological service reported that up to 25 cm of snow is possible along the Atlantic coastline of the state of Virginia; significant icing of the ice is also expected in the northern part of Minnesota. The Governor of Northern Minnesota, Roy Cooper, announced an emergency yesterday, Tuesday, due to the forecast of mixed snow and ice, planned for today, Wednesday.
