An eyewitness captured on video Ritchson beating a man who was on his knees. According to TMZ, the incident occurred in the presence of the actor's children. Following the incident, police launched an investigation after the victim filed a formal complaint, but Ritchson was not arrested. The conflict, according to neighbor Ronnie Taylor, began on March 21 when the actor was riding a motorcycle at high speed, causing him annoyance. The next day, March 22, the situation escalated when Ritchson went out on his motorcycle again, this time with his children. Taylor stated that he approached to ask him to stop, but this led to a physical altercation. According to Taylor, he aggressively blocked the actor's path, forcing him to maneuver to avoid hitting him, which caused Ritchson to fall off his motorcycle and suffer 'minor injuries.' Then, according to the neighbor, he challenged Ritchson to a fight and even pushed him twice, causing him to fall again. In response, Ritchson allegedly punched him 'at least four times' and kicked him, causing bruises and swelling.
