Captain America Continues Box Office Dominance

"Captain America: The Private World" continues to lead the North American box office for the second consecutive weekend despite a decline in earnings, according to the estimates from the specialized company Exhibitor Relations, released yesterday.

The film has the highest box office gross of the year so far in its opening days, earning 100 million dollars. Over the weekend, it made 28.2 million dollars in theaters in the USA and Canada.

This time, Captain America faces off against President Thaddeus Ross, who is trying to negotiate an international agreement with the US allies regarding the ownership of new precious metal discovered on an island in the Indian Ocean, but is forced to confront international criminal syndicates.

In second place by box office collections was the horror comedy "Mankey," which earned 14.2 million dollars. The third place went to the film "Paddington 2" with a total of 6.5 million dollars, in which the famous Peruvian bear with a blue coat and red hat travels to London and returns home.

The animated film "Planet Man" landed in fourth place, earning 5.9 million dollars.
