South Korean company LG Energy Solutions has sold a factory building and assets worth $2.86 billion in the U.S. state of Ohio to Honda Development and Manufacturing Americas. The transaction includes the transfer of production facilities and related assets, strengthening Honda's position in the battery manufacturing sector.
