The company "Ring" has introduced a new surveillance camera designed for outdoor use, which allows for clear recordings even in low light conditions. The "Outdoor Camera Plus" is available in a battery version or with a wired connection. It can also be powered by solar panels. Data transmission is carried out via WiFi 6, eliminating the need for cables.
The "Ring" company advertises image quality, especially in poor lighting conditions, for example, at sunset, when a nearby street lamp is sufficient to obtain a good shot without additional lighting, with the possibility of recording colored images. The camera provides a viewing angle of up to 160 degrees horizontally and 80 degrees vertically, with motion detection functionality taking into account motion zones to prevent false alarms. Internal connectivity is supported with noise reduction functionality, as well as using a signal booster.
