The Primer Company has agreed to acquire the specialized fire protection systems company Inkor Fire Protection for approximately 1.8 billion dollars, including debt.
Inkor Fire Protection, founded in 1930, is one of the leading manufacturers of fire safety equipment and offers various solutions in passive and active fire safety.
After the completion of the Primer acquisition, it plans to integrate Inkor Fire Protection into its business to expand its capabilities in the field of safety and strengthen its position in the fire protection market.
