The passed secondary bill in the US Senate, controlled by Republicans, approves a draft bill that partially finances the federal government until the end of September, aimed at avoiding a "shutdown," to which President Donald Trump applies all efforts. "Shutdown" leads to forced unemployment of hundreds of thousands of federal employees, worsening social assistance and closing some daycare centers.
After being passed in the House, the draft bill is sent to the Senate, where it will also need to undergo voting and be approved before being sent to the President to act as valid law until the middle of September.
