Site work has commenced at DAMAC's first residential development in the US - The Delmore, an ultra-luxury boutique oceanfront condominium in Miami's Billionaire's Triangle. The project is anticipated to be completed by 2029 and is currently being marketed by Douglas Elliman.
The Delmore aims to offer exclusive white-glove services and over 55,000 square feet of holistic amenities for its residents. The project's landscaping will be overseen by CLAD Landscape Architecture & Design, founded by Carolina Monteiro, known for her expertise across various global cities.
According to DAMAC International, The Delmore seeks to set new standards in luxury residential living, inspired by the developer's other prestigious projects like DAMAC Towers Nine Elms in London and the Mandarin Oriental Bolidhuffaru Reef Resort in the Maldives.
Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, The Delmore will consist of 37 mansions with distinctive sculptural features and luxurious interiors. The project will also boast a unique see-through 75-foot acrylic swimming pool suspended 125 feet above the ground, adding to its architectural marvel.
With ZHA's renowned expertise, The Delmore will offer residents unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami skyline. Each mansion will be fully finished, feature private elevator entry foyers, and come with a starting price of $15 million.
The Delmore is set to redefine bespoke residential living in South Florida, with ZHA's signature architectural elements and lavish design aesthetics throughout the building. HBA, a renowned design firm, will be responsible for designing the baths, wardrobes, and kitchens in the mansions, creating an unparalleled living experience for future residents.
