Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner (2nd) won in straight sets against Czech Jiri Lehecka (22nd) in the final of the ATP Masters 1000 in Miami, which took place today. This was the second tournament of this category held in the season.
According to the Argentine News Agency, the Italian won 6-4 and 6-4 to claim the tournament held in the state of Florida, United States, for the second time in his career, having been champion of the same in 2024.
With the victory, Sinner secured his second title of the season and his second consecutive one, as he had been champion of the Indian Wells Masters for the first time two weeks ago.

The final was evenly contested, although Lehecka could not prevent the former world number one from finishing the entire tournament without losing a set.
Needing only two breaks, in the third game of the first set and the ninth of the second, Jannik Sinner served for the match and secured his 26th ATP title with a volley, getting closer to 1,190 points to Carlos Alcaraz in the live ranking, the Spaniard having been eliminated in the second round of the event.
