After a brief pause following the 2025 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, the weekend has been intense with the second sprint of 2025. The drivers who crossed the finish line under the checkered flag managed to score points in a tight battle for the drivers' championship.

Max Verstappen from Red Bull and George Russell continue to fight with Oscar Piastri from McLaren for the lead in the drivers' standings, although everything could change this weekend. The qualifying session for the Miami Grand Prix will take place this Saturday, May 3, at 2:00 PM (Central Mexico time), determining the starting grid for the race on Sunday, May 4, at 2:00 PM.

The Miami Grand Prix can be enjoyed through various streaming platforms and pay television such as Fox Sports Mexico, Fox Sports Premium, and F1 TV (subscription required). In case you do not have access to these platforms, live coverage will be available on the El Financiero Deportes website.

Regarding the 2024 Miami GP race, the sprint was eventful for Lando Norris, who managed to recover and maintain the first position during the 2024 Miami GP race, finishing in first place. Max Verstappen finished in second place, followed by Charles Leclerc from Ferrari, while Sergio 'Checo' Pérez, at that time part of Red Bull, finished in fourth place after having climbed on the podium in the sprint the previous day.
