The star of the Brazilian national football team, Neymar, acquired a beachfront lot in Bal Harbour, near Miami Beach (Florida), for 26 million dollars with the aim of building a mansion. The property, originally listed for 28.5 million dollars, features 46 meters of frontage to a canal and a dock for recreational boats, according to the portal TheRealDeal.
The company of Bent Philipson sold the 0.6-acre lot, for which it had paid 9.3 million dollars in 2020, and which at that time included a house that was later demolished. Neymar, born 32 years ago in Mogi da Cruzes, currently plays for the Al Hilal club in the Saudi Professional League, where he has excelled with 79 goals in 125 matches since his debut at the age of 18.
The Brazilian forward is the top scorer for the Canarinha national team and surpassed Pelé's record in September 2023. With a successful football career at the international level, Neymar continues to build his wealth with this acquisition in Florida, where he plans to construct an exclusive oceanfront residence in Bal Harbour.
