In one of the houses in the Memphis suburb, the American police detained an unusual suspect who attempted to steal a toilet. Police officers arrived in response to a call on January 22 at a house on Deidrick Street. Earlier, an unidentified man, later identified as Rodrick Wilburn, broke into the house and tried to steal a new toilet, managing to hide for a short time before the police arrived, escaping through the fence. After a brief time, the suspect was apprehended: a resident recognized Wilburn as the thief and reported the missing toilet from his home. Wilburn was detained shortly after this. He admitted to breaking into the house and stealing a toilet with the intention of selling it. The suspect was presented before the court on January 31.
