They repeated this several times, after which the friend was found dead on the ground without consciousness. He was delivered to a local hospital, where he later died.

According to data from the arrest protocol, Man, at the age of 23, was charged with murder due to negligence and illegal possession of a firearm. Police were called to a house in the state of Utah in response to a report of a wounded man with a gunshot wound to the chest and found narcotic substances, consistent with consumed marijuana. Man was detained on the above-mentioned charge.

Man reported that he participated in the use of marijuana with a friend and wanted to talk about shooting in the kitchen. He had a history of a home raid, where two firearms and a magazine were discovered.
