Delta Airlines Sues CrowdStrike in Georgia

The airline "Delta" filed a lawsuit against the company "Crowd Strike" in the state of Georgia. This was reported by representatives of "Delta". The lawsuit states that "Crowd Strike" did not fulfill the conditions of the agreement made between the two companies earlier.

Representatives of "Delta" claim that they have already provided all the necessary data to "Crowd Strike" for the inspection, but did not receive any feedback. The company argues that the failure to comply with the obligations made the deal impossible, and now "Delta" is seeking compensation for the incurred losses.

"We hope for a fair resolution of this dispute in court and believe that our legal interaction will soon be completed," said the representative of "Delta".

According to the lawsuit, "Delta" is seeking compensation in the amount of 20 million dollars for the lost profits and reputational damage caused by the actions of "Crowd Strike".
