The Simpsons Will Broadcast NFL Game in Animation

Lisa and Marge Simpson, along with other characters from the famous animated series, will be responsible for interviewing the players during the game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Dallas Cowboys on December 9th. Thanks to the next-generation tracking technology provided by NFL Next Gen Stats, Sony's Beyond Sports, and Sony's Hawk-Eye Innovations, each player will appear as an animated character with movements activated on each play.

The technology will allow the characters to have dynamic and detailed movements, creating a three-dimensional environment. Additionally, legends like brothers Manning, Peyton and Eli, will appear in some segments. The broadcast will feature the characteristic theme of The Simpsons and will be available on Disney+ and ESPN, reaching more than 145 international markets, including Latin America, Australia, and Canada.

In this peculiar setting, Springfield's Atoms stadium will be the place where the action of the animated game takes place. The original voices of The Simpsons characters, including Homer, Marge, Lisa, and others, will be used. On the Cincinnati side, characters like Bart, Krusty, and Nelson will join player Joe Burrow, while in Dallas, Homer will be accompanied by Carl, Barney, and others to support Dak Prescott.
